Privacy Policy for Floaty Pop
This privacy policy describes how Floaty Pop (“the app”, “we”) handles information. Floaty Pop is a single-player Android game published by an independent developer. Contact: micaelbh@gmail.com.
The app is intended for players 13 years of age and older.
Information we do not collect
We do not create user accounts. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, photos, contacts, or precise location. We do not sell your personal information.
Information stored on your device
Game progress stays on your device using Android app storage (SharedPreferences). This may include:
- levels cleared, stars, and best times
- coins and shop items purchased with in-game coins
- selected Seer character and balloon
- tutorial and settings (for example music and sound)
This information is not sent to our own servers. Uninstalling the app deletes it, unless your device otherwise backs up app data.
Advertising
The app shows ads through Google AdMob (Google LLC). You may see a full-screen ad after leaving a stage, and you may choose to watch a rewarded ad for extra in-game coins. Ads are not shown during active play.
AdMob and Google Play services may collect and process:
- advertising ID (AAID) and other device identifiers
- device and app information (model, OS version, app version)
- IP address and approximate location derived from it
- ad interaction and diagnostic data used to show, measure, and improve ads, including personalized ads where allowed
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we request your choices through Google’s User Messaging Platform consent form before personalized ads are shown.
You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalization, in your Android settings (Google > Ads, or Privacy > Ads, depending on the device).

Purchases
There are currently no real-money in-app purchases. Shop items in the game are bought with coins earned while playing. If paid products are added later, they will be processed by Google Play, not by us, and this policy will be updated.
Children
Floaty Pop is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the app, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Permissions
The app uses Internet access to load ads and Google consent forms. It also declares the Advertising ID permission used by AdMob.
Data retention and security
We do not operate a game backend that stores your play data. Advertising partners retain data according to their own policies. Keep your device updated and use a screen lock to protect local progress.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, or to object to personalized advertising. Changes
We may update this policy if the app’s features or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
