2.1 Audio Data

When you create a cloned voice, the App collects:

Audio recordings that you record directly within the App or upload from your device
Voice samples used for voice cloning purposes
Generated narration audio files

Important: Audio data is processed through our third-party voice synthesis service (vozly.com.br) to generate narrations. We do not store your audio recordings on our servers permanently. Audio files are stored locally on your device.

2.2 Text Data

When you create narrations, the App collects:

Text content that you input for narration generation
Selected language preferences
Voice names and labels you assign

Text data is sent to our voice synthesis service to generate audio narrations. We do not store your text content on our servers.

2.3 Usage Data

The App collects the following usage information locally on your device:

Number of characters used for narrations
Number of narrations created
Number of rewarded ads watched
Subscription status (Premium or Free)
Purchase history (stored securely by Google Play Billing)

This information is stored locally using Android's SharedPreferences and is not transmitted to external servers except as necessary for in-app purchase processing through Google Play.

2.4 Device Information

Through third-party services (Google AdMob and Google Play Billing), the following device information may be collected:

Device identifiers (for ad serving and purchase processing)
IP address (for ad delivery and API requests)
Device type and operating system version

3. How We Use Your Information

3.1 Voice Cloning and Narration

To process your audio recordings and generate cloned voices
To convert your text into speech using your cloned voice or default voices
To provide voice synthesis services through our third-party API provider

3.2 App Functionality

To manage your credits and subscription status
To track your usage limits (free vs. premium features)
To save your created voices and narrations locally on your device
To enable sharing and downloading of generated audio files

3.3 Advertising

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the free version of the App. AdMob may collect device information and usage data to serve personalized ads. Premium users do not see advertisements.

3.4 In-App Purchases

We use Google Play Billing to process subscription and credit purchases. Purchase information is handled securely by Google and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

4. Third-Party Services

4.1 Voice Synthesis Service

We use vozly.com.br API to process voice cloning and text-to-speech conversion. When you create a narration:

Your text and audio data are transmitted to vozly.com.br servers
Audio is processed to generate the narration
The generated audio is returned to your device
We do not control how vozly.com.br handles your data - please refer to their privacy policy

4.2 Google Services

Google AdMob: Used for displaying advertisements. AdMob's data collection is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
Google Play Billing: Used for processing in-app purchases and subscriptions. Purchase data is handled by Google.

5. Data Storage

5.1 Local Storage

The following data is stored locally on your device:

Audio files of your cloned voices
Generated narration audio files
App preferences and settings
Usage statistics and credit information

This data remains on your device and is not automatically synchronized to cloud services unless you explicitly share or backup your device.

5.2 Server Storage

We do not permanently store your audio recordings or text content on our servers. Data is only transmitted temporarily to our voice synthesis service provider (vozly.com.br) for processing and is not retained after the narration is generated.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share data as necessary:

With vozly.com.br API for voice synthesis processing
With Google AdMob for advertisement delivery
With Google Play Billing for purchase processing
When required by law or to protect our rights

7. Permissions

The App requires the following permissions:

INTERNET: Required to connect to our voice synthesis API and display advertisements
RECORD_AUDIO: Required to record audio samples for voice cloning
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / READ_MEDIA_AUDIO: Required to access audio files you upload from your device
WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Required to save generated audio files (Android 12 and below)

All permissions are used solely for the App's core functionality and are not used for any other purposes.

8. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

9. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data:

Data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS
Audio files are stored locally on your device with standard Android security measures
Purchase information is handled securely through Google Play Billing

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access your locally stored data through the App's interface
Delete your cloned voices and narrations at any time
Uninstall the App, which will remove all locally stored data
Opt out of personalized ads through your device's ad settings
Cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play Store
